From flooring and finishes to installation and maintenance, every decision begins with the needs of the space.
03. We believe flooring deserves more than one life.
We’re turning flooring into a circular solution. Our carpet tile take-back program collects used tiles from client sites across the UAE and sends them to Vanheede in France through the Optimum Project for responsible recycling. Today, 11% of our stocking programs come from our own take-back initiative. We’re doing the same with raised access flooring. Where technically feasible, we recover, refurbish and reinstall existing systems—giving them a second life while reducing waste, embodied carbon and project costs. In the past year alone, we’ve re-loved 16,000 m² across 26 commercial projects.
