The NetApp office at Dubai Internet City underwent a complete refurbishment, transforming an underutilised and outdated space into a vibrant, modern workplace that reflects the company’s brand and values. INC UAE led the redesign, breathing new life into the environment through a contemporary aesthetic enriched with biophilic elements and curated artwork, creating a more engaging and inspiring atmosphere.
The new layout includes private phone booths to support focused work, as well as foldable partitions between collaborative zones and meeting rooms, allowing the space to adapt easily to different working styles and group sizes. Meeting rooms were fitted with acoustic panelling in NetApp’s brand colours, enhancing both visual identity and sound quality. Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project, with dedicated recycling areas and water dispensers integrated to encourage environmentally responsible practices.
Glass partitions were treated with privacy manifestations that incorporate subtle branding, striking a balance between openness and discretion. A dedicated wellness room was also introduced, offering a quiet, comfortable space providing a peaceful retreat for any employee in need of a time-out during a busy day. The result is a dynamic, flexible, and inclusive workspace that supports collaboration, productivity, and overall employee well-being.
