A new workspace has been completed in Dubai Media City for a leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing health solutions through its diverse portfolio of medicines, vaccines, biologic therapies, and animal health products. Designed to support innovation and collaboration, the office balances functionality and flexibility with a mix of formal and informal meeting areas, multifunctional zones, open-plan workstations, focused workspaces, and a state-of-the-art conference area.
Summertown Interiors was appointed as the fit-out contractor for this project, working alongside Warû for design, CBRE for project management and cost consultancy, CBRE Excellerate as the principal contractor, and Samadhin + Associates as the MEP consultant. High-quality materials and advanced technology were integrated to create an efficient and inspiring work environment.
In line with the company’s commitment to sustainability, the project is designed to meet LEED and WELL Gold certification standards.
