Located in Dubai Science Parks South Tower, the AstraZeneca office is the brainchild of the INC UAE design team, a group of passionate visionaries who took up the challenge of completing the project within an impressive 6 months. The design phase took 3 months and an additional 3 months for the build. The project was completed in September 2023, transforming a 28,000sq.ft space into a sophisticated and dynamic environment that offers a myriad of functionalities to cater to diverse needs. INC found inspiration in the opportunity to create an office space which didn’t confine to the conventional pharmaceutical identity. They wanted an oasis in the desert which would be filled with daylight and greenery, steering away from the cliche medical interiors which are considered bare and sterile. The AstraZeneca office stands out as a trailblazing project that has redefined the Life Science industry through its sustainability achievements, having been awarded LEED Platinum, the highest accolade possible under the US Green Business Council.
