AtkinsRéalis has relocated its headquarters to a new office in Dubai, reflecting its continued business growth. Swiss Bureau Interior Design had the privilege of designing and delivering the new 44,000 sq. ft. workspace, strategically situated in Downtown Dubai at Emaar Square.
The design transcends conventional office spaces, fostering a dynamic environment that prioritizes well-being, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Thoughtfully planned to support diverse workstyles, the office features dedicated solo spaces for focused tasks, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, breakout areas for informal discussions, an immersion room for creative exploration, and “Le Café” lounge and canteen for social interaction. Biophilic design elements are seamlessly integrated throughout, enhancing employee engagement and connection to the space.
