Reflecting a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic brilliance, INC UAE is proud to showcase the successful design and build of the DWF, Dubai office. The office design prioritises flexibility and well-being, featuring a large townhall area for gatherings and maximises natural light by strategically placing closed rooms along the perimeter walls, optimising the flow of daylight for all occupants. Biophilic design principles create a harmonious connection with nature, enhancing the overall user experience.
Collaboration was at the heart of this project, with smooth coordination between INC, Savills as the PMC, the landlord team, and the client IT team to ensure every detail aligned with the client’s vision. By selecting materials that balanced both aesthetics and budget effectively, we created the perfect outcome.
